Meet Our Team

Pamela Williams LMT, CMT, MMT | Owner & Operator

  • The Colorado School Of Healing Arts, 2013

  • Medical Massage 2015

  • Integrated Energy Therapy 2021-2022

She developed an interest in holistic healthcare in her early twenties, drawn to the idea that supporting the body’s natural healing ability is essential to achieving optimal health. She began her formal training at the Colorado School of Healing Arts in the fall of 2011, where she built a strong foundation in therapeutic massage and holistic bodywork. During her studies, she pursued electives in essential oils and polarity therapy, incorporating an energetic dimension into her practice.

Her work integrates essential oils and massage techniques to support multiple layers of the body. By working with the meridian lines through manual techniques, sessions are designed to encourage energetic release and support the body’s natural processing of muscular tension. Shortly after beginning her career, she earned certification in Medical Massage, a modality focused on structural realignment and pain relief, including long-standing conditions.

Her approach is intuitive and client-centered, with energy therapy playing an integral role in each session. This attunement allows her to respond to the body’s cues and tailor each treatment to address both physical holding patterns and their underlying causes. Appointments are guided by the client’s goals and may incorporate a variety of modalities, pressures, and techniques depending on the body’s needs. Clients often experience improved structural alignment, muscular ease, balanced energy flow, and deep nervous system relaxation.

She believes that honoring the connection between mind, body, and spirit is essential to maintaining a healthy, active lifestyle, and she brings that philosophy into every session.

TRINNA STEBBINS

Trinna joins us for the summer season from New Mexico, bringing a thoughtful, intuitive approach to bodywork that blends therapeutic skill with holistic care. She trained at the Albuquerque School of Healing Arts, where she built a strong foundation in modalities including deep tissue, sports massage, and craniosacral therapy.

With experience in both medical spa and clinical settings, Trinna is well-versed in addressing injury-specific needs and creating personalized treatment plans. Her work is skilled and intentional, with a focus on therapeutic and injury-focused care while also supporting deep relaxation and restoration. Each session is tailored to calm the nervous system and honor the body as an interconnected whole—mind, body, and spirit.
